Welcome to KraftMePlz Kreationz™, “More than Kustom, It’s a whole experience.™” Each order is carefully hand-krafted with love and intention. Because we create on-demand and custom items, processing and delivery times may vary.

Order Processing

• Design Approval (Kustom Orders ONLY): Expect your design concept within 3–5 business days for approval. No modifications can be made after approval.
• Production: Typically requires 5–7 business days before shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Rush Orders: Add the Rush Order option for expedited processing.

Rush Order Policy

Rush Orders move your order to the front of our production schedule and shorten processing time only. Shipping speed is not upgraded at this time. Once shipped, all delivery timelines depend on the carrier.

Rush Order fees are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased. Please verify all design details and shipping information before placing your order.

Shipping Locations

We ship across the USA, including Hawaii, Alaska, Florida, California, and the District of Columbia. Deliveries outside the continental U.S. may require additional time.

Delivery Estimates

• Continental USA: 3–5 business days
• Hawaii & Alaska: 7–10 business days

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We cannot reship orders returned or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate addresses.
