At KraftMePlz Kreationz™, every item is handmade and quality-checked with care. Because our products are custom and made-to-order, please review the policy below before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including Kustom and personalized items.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered in special cases. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss eligibility.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Email [email protected]
• Include your order number + clear photos

If approved, we will send a replacement. We cover shipping for items replaced due to damage or defect.

Kustom Orders

Because custom products are personalized:

• No refunds
• No exchanges
• No cancellations after design approval
• Please double-check spellings, names, photos, and design details before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved for a damaged or defective item, we cover the return label and replacement shipment.
