At KraftMePlz Kreationz™, every item is handmade and quality-checked with care. Because our products are custom and made-to-order, please review the policy below before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including Kustom and personalized items.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered in special cases. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss eligibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery
- Include your order number + clear photos or video of the damage
If approved, we’ll remake and reship your item as quickly as possible using the same shipping speed as your original order. Want it faster? Email us to upgrade your shipping and cover the difference.
Kustom Orders
Because custom products are personalized:
- No refunds
- No exchanges
- No cancellations after design approval
- Please double-check spellings, names, photos, and design details before ordering.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is non-refundable. If a replacement is approved due to damage or defect, we cover the return label and standard shipping for replacement. If you’d like faster shipping for a replacement, you cover the upgrade.
